A slate of luxury apartment towers, state-of-the-art headquarters and hotels under construction promise to fill in the downtown San Antonio skyline — but residents may have to wait a while longer to see the results. Construction on The Arts Residences at the Thompson San Antonio — a $116 million high-rise at 123 Lexington Ave. — is expected to wrap in early 2020. The tower will have 63 luxury condominiums and 162 premium hotel rooms.
