Houston EB5 te consigue una Green Card… si inviertes 500,000 dólares

Mediante el programa EB-5, los inversionistas son elegibles para la Green Card si realizan la inversión necesaria en una empresa comercial en Estados Unidos. Invertir en bienes raíces es una manera de generar empleos y también de conseguir la residencia permanente (Green Card) para los extranjeros en Estados Unidos, explica Emilio Guzmán, director de Relaciones con Inversionistas de Houston EB5, una firma fundada en 2010 que ayuda a los inversionistas internacionales a través del programa de Visa EB-5.

Thompson San Antonio and The Arts Residences Celebrate Groundbreaking

The groundbreaking ceremony of Thompson San Antonio and The Arts Residences took place on Tuesday, at the project site in San Antonio. Thompson San Antonio and The Arts Residences will be a mixed-use development featuring a high-rise tower and hotel with 162 guest rooms and 58 residences with luxury amenities. The groundbreaking began with the ceremony of shovels, followed by keynote speakers, including the developer, Roberto Contreras CEO of DC Partners; Acho Azuike, COO and Managing Director of DC Partners; Leland Rocchio, President of Jordan Foster’s Commercial Construction Group, the general contractor, among others.

Sneak Peek Sleek Hotel and Condo Building to be Built in Downtown San Antonio

A groundbreaking ceremony is planned for next week to begin construction on a new high-rise that will include dozens of residences and more than 150 hotel rooms. The Arts Residences and Thompson San Antonio will be built at the corner of North St. Mary’s Street and Lexington Avenue, along the River Walk and across from the Tobin Center for the Performing Arts.

San Antonio will soon add more downtown, luxury homes when The Arts Residences and The Thompson Hotel are completed. The next step toward that, the groundbreaking on the mixed-used development, is set for Jan. 30, with an aim toward a 2019 completion date, according to a news release.
