Houston EB5 founder and CEO, Roberto Contreras Sr., obtains his green card and eventual citizenship through an EB-5 investment in a stone fabrication company, a very similar business to our current offering, Moderno Porcelain Works.

Roberto Contreras Sr. founds his first company, Technimar Industries, which was sold and became Cambria.
Next, founding Cosentino USA to introduce quartz to the U.S. surfacing industry, Robert Contreras Sr. achieves the American dream after spearheading one of the fastest-growing companies in the nation. Receiving national and international recognition for his business accomplishments, Mr. Contreras was awarded Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 2002.

Founder Roberto Contreras Sr. returns to his 30-plus years of experience as an entrepreneur in the surfacing industry. With Moderno Porcelain Works, investors are now being offered the ability to own a business while moving to the U.S. in mere months (rather than years) through the E-2 Visa program.
