Thank you for requesting feedback from me regarding my investment with Houston EB-5. I am delighted that you considered my opinion in this regard. I migrated to the United States with my family through the EB-5 program and the Houston EB-5 team. My experience with Houston EB-5 was rewarding because it helped me and my family obtain conditional permanent residence (CPR). However, we await for the removal of the temporary conditions attached to the permanent residency before applying for Citizenship. Nevertheless, the process from start to finish was smooth, and there weren’t any issues with the filing and processing our visas.Therefore, the EB-5 regional centers should collectively reconsider addressing the wait time issue with USCIS. The cost incurred varied slightly upward because of the add-on, which I thought was supposed to be part of the administrative and legal fees. The communication with the Houston EB-5 team was fantastic as the team was willing to provide any information we needed during the wait time delays. Magaly Sanchez is someone to count on when you require any information to clear any doubt and on time. I am happy with the project result because I have received 100% of my invested fund in the project and, in addition, re-invested the fund with D.C partners for another project. As for my process expectations, I will say it’s in progress. We have relocated and await the removal of temporary conditions to complete the process. Consequently, we haven’t applied for our Citizenship yet. Relocating is a tremendous and trying experience. We Feel good after the initial hurdles, but overall we are doing fine. Recommending the Houston EB-5 team to family and friends is something I obviously will do. I tried a few in the past, but the persons I contacted, experienced some difficulty with the exchange rate, which impacted their decision to move.
