Pardeep Kumar, CFA

Pardeep joined Houston EB5 in 2022 as the Managing Director – South Asia to oversee marketing and business development activities across global markets, specifically focusing on investors from South Asia and the Middle East region. He has 20+ years of combined experience in EB-5 fundraising, investment banking, private equity, investment analysis, valuation, buy-side research and fund management.

Prior to joining Houston EB5, Pardeep worked as the Managing Director of Atlantic American Partners, where he successfully led the EB-5 fundraising activity across South Asia and the M.E. region. He contributed significantly to establishing new EB-5 markets and brought an innovative approach to sourcing and closing investor leads. He is a seasoned speaker who shared his expert thoughts on different aspects of the EB-5 industry at domestic and international conferences and events.

Pardeep contributed to the Investment Banking section of the CEA group and played a pivotal role across M&A, Strategic Corporate Finance and capital raising transactions. He also worked as Head of Investment Research at a regional investment bank based in Saudi Arabia where he set up the Investment department by developing innovating products in fund management and buy-side research. Pardeep was also appointed investment committee members and traveled throughout the Middle East region.

Prior to relocating to Saudi Arabia, Pardeep was the Chief Investment Officer at a local asset management firm, where he withstood their financial crisis. Earlier in his career, he obtained substantial experience in corporate banking advising clients on their funding needs, eventually transitioning to the asset management industry. 

Pardeep earned a M.S. Finance degree from the Sykes College of Business at the University of Tampa. He also holds Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEO) securities licenses. He is also a CFA charter holder.
