Roberto Contreras IV
Managing Director
As Co-President oversees deal structuring, capital markets, and ongoing project operations for DC Partners. With a background in capital markets and finance Roberto is responsible for all investor relations and compliance in addition to serving as the Managing Director for sister Company, Houston EB5.
Roberto has also spearheaded DC Partners’ first affordable housing initiatives including the Torrey Chase Apartments, its first affordable housing project in partnership with the Houston Housing Authority which also includes low income housing tax credits.
Roberto currently serves on the board for the Houston Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, the Texas Asia Society, and IIUSA (Invest in USA)– the largest industry trade association for the EB-5 Regional Center Program. He holds a BA in Economics and Political Science from Swarthmore College and is fluent in English, Spanish, and Mandarin Chinese
