Houston (August 28, 2023) – Houston EB5 announces the addition of James W. Kelly to their team as the Regional Director of Business Development for Africa and the Middle East. This is a return to Houston EB-5 for Kelly and his previous experience will strengthen Houston EB5’s global presence and further its commitment to facilitating economic growth through real estate opportunities.
In his new role, he will leverage his proven expertise in business development to establish networks and channels that will funnel EB-5 investors into Houston EB5’s esteemed projects. Focusing on the vibrant regions of Africa and the Middle East, Kelly’s goal is to bridge the gap between international investors and Houston EB5’s job-creating real estate projects.

James holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) with a focus on Consulting and Change Management from The University of Texas McCombs School of Business.
