With the EB-5 Reform and Integrity Act of 2022 (RIA), there must be a minimum of Direct Jobs that the Regional Center project must generate. For Construction lasting more than 2 years, Direct Jobs must be at least 10% of the 10 jobs required per EB-5 investor. For construction lasting less than 2 years, Direct Jobs must be at least 25% of the 10 jobs, and they could be prorated according to the length of the construction period.
